CANCELLATION POLICY

• Less than 12 hours before departure: 100% cancellation charges (No refund)
• Between 12 to 24 hours before departure: 10% cancellation charges
• Between 1 to 30 days before departure: 10% cancellation charges

Please note: All cancellations are calculated based on the scheduled departure time of the bus from the boarding point.
